“The townhouse is a mixed-use complex combining residential spaces, serviced apartments, and offices. The owner aimed to create a stratified façade that distinguishes the different functions while also setting the building apart from conventional townhouse blocks. Basic materials were selected for ease of construction, allowing the façade’s visual effect to emerge through the interplay of light, shadow, shifting volumes, and varying perspectives.”
