“This project is a renovation of a nearly 20-year-old house. Sun-shading louvers are used to conceal the air-conditioning systems, while also providing greater privacy for the bedrooms without compromising natural ventilation. The roofline is gathered above the staircase, forming a vertical mass that defines the façade. Modern and tropical materials are applied to create a contemporary yet comfortable atmosphere.”
